Orphan GPCRs are G protein-coupled receptors whose

endogenous ligands have yet to be identified.

Identifying their ligands and understanding the resulting signaling

and biological functions remain major challenges in GPCR research.

By integrating the experimental capabilities and expertise of GPS™,

we combine ligand discovery with functional characterization of orphan GPCRs.

We investigate their signaling profiles, biological roles, and

potential links to disease to better understand their therapeutic relevance.

These insights enable us to explore

promising orphan GPCRs as novel therapeutic targets.
